1 · Who sells

The digital products on this site are sold by Gestión Global de Recursos de SW ESPAÑA S.L., tax identification B84060995, registered at C. Jose Mulet Ortiz 16, 12006 Castellón (España). You can write to us at any time at sb@sebastianbrau.com.

2 · What is sold

The book IRIS — Industrial Reality Intelligence Systems, by Sebastian J. Brau, in digital form:

• Ebook: the complete book in EPUB and PDF, plus the in-browser reader.
• Audiobook: the narrated version, streaming, with download and a private podcast feed, once it is released.
• Bundle: both of the above, once the audiobook is released.

The audiobook is narrated in the author's own voice, cloned with his consent using speech synthesis and reviewed chapter by chapter. We state it here and on the purchase page because we believe you should know before you pay.

3 · Prices and taxes

The prices shown on the purchase page are final and already include any applicable VAT: the price you see is the price you pay. The tax for your country of residence is calculated automatically during checkout and broken down on your invoice. If you are buying as a company with a valid EU VAT number, you can enter it at checkout and the corresponding tax treatment will be applied.

You will receive an invoice by email automatically once the purchase is complete.

4 · Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly into their gateway and at no point pass through or are stored on our servers.

5 · Delivery and access

Delivery is digital and immediate: once payment completes you receive an email with a link that opens your personal library on this site. There is no account to create and no password to remember; whenever you want to come back, you enter your email and we send you a fresh link.

For purchases made before the publication date (September 28, 2026), payment is taken at the time of purchase and access is enabled automatically on that date.

Access does not expire, and you can download your files again whenever you want.

6 · Right of withdrawal

As a general rule, EU consumer law grants a fourteen-day period to withdraw from a distance purchase. That right, however, does not apply to digital content delivered immediately where the buyer has given express consent and acknowledged that they consequently lose that right.

That is why checkout asks you to tick a box accepting these terms: by doing so you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once we give you access to the content.

This does not affect your rights if the product does not work: see section 8.

7 · What you may do with your copy

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to read and listen to the book on as many devices as you like, and to download and keep the files.

Resale, redistribution, publishing online or sharing the files with third parties is not permitted, in whole or in part. The files you download carry a personal mark tied to your purchase, so any copy that is circulated is identifiable.

None of this limits quotation rights or any other use permitted by copyright law.

8 · If something does not work

If a file will not open, the audio will not play or access fails, write to sb@sebastianbrau.com and we will sort it out. If we cannot make it work, we refund you in full. We would rather have a happy reader than an argument.

We aim to keep the service available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation: there may be downtime for maintenance or because of incidents at our hosting provider.

9 · Your data

We process strictly what is needed to sell you the book and give you access: email address, name and billing country. We do not sell them or pass them to third parties for commercial purposes. The details are in our privacy policy.

10 · Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the law applicable at the seller's registered address given in section 1, without prejudice to the rights granted to you as a consumer by the law of your country of residence.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may use the European online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Either way, we would be grateful if you wrote to us first: almost everything gets solved with one email.
